Series HU Medium Intensity Mixer
The Series HU Medium Speed Mixer is a vertical bowl mixer. The mixing tools rotate at a sufficient speed to create a fluidized mixing pattern. The flow pattern is a forced vortex. Homogeneous blends are usually attained in 3-5 minutes. Dispersion is accomplished through the use of high speed choppers, mounted through the side wall of the unit. The highly polished interior is easily cleaned.

Series HM Horizontal Mixer
The Series HM Horizontal Mixer also offers medium intensity mixing. The fluidized mixing pattern extends along the entire length of the horizontal vessel. Mixing characteristics are similar to the HU. However, the HU is easier to clean, while the HM is available in much larger sizes.
